It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie....

Took Charlie to pick out a pumpkin for his first Halloween. He loved it!

Daddy and Charlie had a great time.

I want this one!

I love it!

Using my senses

Mmmm... Look mom there is dirt on this one!

toofers

Charlie has been doing a lot of growing these past few weeks. Most notable is he now has his 2 bottom teeth! We lovingly refer to these as toofers. In the picture below you can see that the 2 bottom ones are just about to break through. (Check out his runny nose! poor little guy got his first cold and ear infection while teething!)

Ta-Da! The after. He is growing so FAST! We love this boy more than anything.

This is what we usually see, not the toofers just the tongue.
He always has either his tongue out or hands in his mouth!

More Mom's Group

This month we went apple picking with all the babies and families. We had a great time! Charlie enjoyed his first hay ride while Mike and I tasted the apples. Next year Charlie will be nibbling on those yummy apples! Next month pumpkin picking.

6 Months!

Some Summer Fun!

Every Thursday we went to "Mom's Group" there were 10 kids in the group.
It was so nice to commiserate with other Mommies. So fun to watch them grow.

We went to Cape Cod to see Mike's Uncle. This is Charlie and his
cousin. Two cuties!

Mostly we just spent time together. Now that I am back at work I sure
do miss that! He is growing so fast soon I expect he will be crawling everywhere.
Time to baby-proof the house!

Babies and Baptism

I just cant seem to find time to blog anymore! Last week we went to Long Island to see Mike's sister and her family. She has twin girls and they were baptized on Mothers Day. It was fun to get Charlie all dressed up. We had a good time and Charlie was a great little traveler. This was his first trip out of CT.

Pictures of my pretty Mother's day flowers, taken with my new camera from daddy.

8 Weeks Old Already!

We have been busy around here. Charlie is officially 2Months old. It is amazing how fast the time goes by. Here are some of the things we have been up too.

We took Charlie on a walk around the reservoir

He loved looking at the clouds and tree limbs. We had to feed him on the side of the trail and then he did a #2. It was fun changing him in the stroller and then he decided to pee all over. What an adventure.

Just hanging with Mom at home.

He loves his Lamby and Blue Bear

This is his travel bed he loves to play in here

Tummy time, he hates it!

Of course Mommy gets lots of kisses!

This boy is so much fun we love him so!

ESPN

We took Charlie on his first tour of ESPN while Mike's parents were here visiting. Everyone thought he was so cute, especially because of his "Future Producer" onesie. Thanks to Jessica for making it for our little guy. We went into the studio of SportsCenter while they were doing the show. They filmed charlie to be a part of the show for what they call the "organic bump" where they show behind the scenes things that are going on. Unfortunately they did not have enough time to air it. Charlie was a star for about 2 seconds in it. We had a great time. Next time maybe charlie will be able to sit in the anchor chair and do a segment for them!
